Please note<\/strong>: Orders for massages are binding! Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the massage. Otherwise, the customer is obliged to pay the full amount for the booked massage as compensation for loss of profit, as the cancellation at short notice cannot be replaced by another customer. This also applies to season tickets. We are only prepared to make an exception in the event of sudden illness, in which case we require a doctor's certificate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation of the order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation is possible up to 1 day before the massage at the latest. On the day of the massage, it is not possible to cancel the order or rebook to another date. In this case, the deposit or the entrance fee paid will be forfeited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
