The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data that the controller has obtained based on fulfilling your order:

The controller processes your identification and contact details and data necessary for fulfilling the contract.
III. Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The legal basis for processing personal data is:
- Fulfillment of the contract between you and the controller according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR,
- Fulfillment of the legal obligation of the controller according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter c) GDPR.
The purpose of processing personal data is:
- To process your order and to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; personal data required for the successful processing of the order (name, address, contact) is necessary; providing personal data is a necessary requirement for entering into and fulfilling the contract; without providing personal data, it is not possible to conclude or fulfill the contract from the controller’s side,
- Fulfillment of legal obligations to the state.

IV. Data Retention Period
The controller retains personal data for the necessary period to exercise rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller and to assert claims from these contractual relationships (for a period of 15 years from the termination of the contractual relationship).
After the retention period has expired, the controller will delete personal data.
V. Recipients of Personal Data (Subcontractors of the Controller)
Recipients of personal data are persons involved in the delivery of goods/services/payment processing based on the contract,
providing services for operating the e-shop and other services related to the operation of the e-shop.
The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or to an international organization.

The controller has adopted technical measures to secure data storage and personal data in physical form.
The controller states that access to personal data is limited to authorized persons only.
IX. Final Provisions
By submitting an order through the online order form, you confirm that you are familiar with the conditions of personal data protection and that you accept them in full.
The controller is entitled to change these conditions. The new version of the personal data protection conditions will be published on its website and will also be sent to you at the email address you provided to the controller.
These conditions come into effect in March 2024.
